All Orders Placed On or After Wednesday, April 15, 2026 are FINAL SALE*.
We will no longer accept returns.

We want happy customers! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date. Return requests will be accepted on orders placed on or before April 14, 2026*. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Depending on where you are in the world please read the corresponding return instructions below.

United States Customer Return Policy
Returns/Refunds: If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping instructions and a return shipping label. All approved items will be refunded, up to $7 for return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Initial shipping is also non-refundable.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we no longer offer exchanges. You may place a new order at any time and do not have to wait to process your return.

- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request Return.

Due to the cost of international shipping, you are responsible for paying for your own return and exchange shipping costs. Unfortunately, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please include the original packing slip for reference or your order number.

Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the returned item. If the item is in its original condition we will happily refund the amount paid using your original method of payment. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund or rejection is made. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for reimbursement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for reimbursement once the return is received. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
